Official Rules & Privacy

The Promotion is sponsored and administered by Hitmaker Music Group, 1221 16th Ave South, Nashville, TN 37212 (the “Sponsor”). All questions, opt-out requests, and data requests should be sent to info@remyreminisce.com.

The Promotion begins when this page becomes publicly available and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 21, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”). Entries and points earned after the Entry Deadline will not be counted. Sponsor's clock and servers are the official timekeepers for all entries and point activity.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of the Sponsor, the artist, and the artist's label, management, distribution, and marketing partners, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible.

The event location (CityPlex 12, Newark, NJ) is the venue for the fan experience only — it is not a residency requirement. Selected fans are responsible for their own travel, transport, and accommodation, and for compliance with any venue age, safety, or identification requirements. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter: (a) complete a pre-save of the single “Why Did I Get Married?” on Spotify or Apple Music through this page, and (b) submit the entry form with your first and last name, a valid email address, and an optional mobile number. Steps (a) and (b) together constitute one (1) base entry. Pre-saving is free; no purchase or payment of any kind is required at any stage.

Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, multiple identities, or other automated or fraudulent means are void and will be disqualified, as will all associated points. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

If you are unable to pre-save on either service, you may enter free of charge by emailing your first name, last name, email address, and the phrase “Why Did I Get Married sweepstakes entry” to info@remyreminisce.com before the Entry Deadline. Mail-in-style entries by email receive one (1) base entry and no points.

After entering, you may earn points that give you additional chances in the drawing. Each point equals one (1) additional entry in the drawing, in addition to your base entry. More points therefore genuinely improve your chances of being selected; points never guarantee selection.

Points are currently awarded as follows and may be adjusted by the Sponsor for future activity: ten (10) points per music service pre-saved; fifteen (15) points for a verified Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat story; eight (8) points for a verified X or Threads post; five (5) points for a verified Facebook or WhatsApp share; and twenty-five (25) points for each eligible friend who submits a valid entry through your personal referral link.

Share points are only awarded when the share is verified. Verification works by issuing you a unique code, which must appear in the post or story you publish; you then upload a screenshot, which is checked automatically for that code. Each platform may be earned once per calendar day (UTC). Uploaded screenshots are used only to verify the share.

Referral points require the referred person to be independently eligible and to submit a valid entry using their own name and email address. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, purchased referrals, incentivized traffic, and any attempt to inflate points through deception are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all points and disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire at the Entry Deadline.

One hundred (100) fans will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries (base entries plus point-based additional entries) on or about September 22, 2026, conducted by the Sponsor. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of valid entries received and on the number of additional entries you have earned.

Prize: the opportunity to attend the “Why Did I Get Married?” fan experience with REMY MA — the release, the screening, and the experience — at CityPlex 12, Newark, NJ on September 25, 2026. Admission is for the selected fan only unless the notification states otherwise. Approximate retail value: $0.00 (admission is provided at no charge); travel, transport, meals, merchandise, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the selected fan and are not included.

Selected fans will be notified beginning September 22, 2026 at the email address (and mobile number, if provided) submitted at entry. If a selected fan does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, cannot be reached, declines, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected, time permitting. The Sponsor may require confirmation of identity, age, and eligibility before admission.

Capacity is limited and the prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative. Selection does not guarantee admission if venue capacity, safety requirements, or event changes require adjustment; in that case the Sponsor will offer a comparable experience or alternative where reasonably possible.

If you leave “Forever pre-save” enabled, you authorize the automatic saving of future REMY MA releases to your connected music library when they become available. You may revoke this authorization at any time by removing the save, unfollowing the artist, or withdrawing the app's permission in your music service; revocation through your music service takes effect immediately and stops all future automatic saves. Revoking after entry does not remove your entry.

The Sponsor collects the information you provide — first and last name, email address, optional mobile number, your pre-save connection status, your referral code and referrals, and your share verification records (including uploaded screenshots) — for the purpose of administering this Promotion: verifying eligibility and points, conducting the drawing, contacting selected fans, and delivering the pre-save you requested (including future-release saves when Forever pre-save is enabled).

The Sponsor does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who help operate the Promotion (hosting, email delivery, and verification), and with the artist's label and management for the administration of this Promotion. Your music service password is never collected or stored; pre-save connections are authorized directly with Spotify or Apple Music under their own terms and privacy policies.

If you provide a mobile number, it is used only for updates about this experience. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or email info@remyreminisce.com. Opting out of texts does not remove your entry.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your entry data at any time by emailing info@remyreminisce.com from the address you entered with. Deletion before the drawing removes you from selection. Entry, points, and verification data are retained no longer than ninety (90) days after September 25, 2026, after which they are deleted, except where a longer period is required by law.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize a selected fan consents to the use of their first name, city, state, and any voice, photograph, video, or likeness captured at the fan experience for promotional purposes by the Sponsor, the artist, and the artist's label, in any media, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or approval. The fan experience may be filmed and photographed; attendance constitutes consent to being recorded.

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the artist, and their respective parents, affiliates, labels, management, venues, and service providers, and the officers, employees, and agents of each, from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of the prize, or attendance at the fan experience. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; for technical, network, hardware, software, or verification failures; or for any error in the processing of entries or points. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (including the points model) if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair its integrity. If the Promotion is cancelled, selection will be made from eligible entries received before the impairing event. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and all disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Spotify, Apple, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Threads, Facebook, WhatsApp, or CityPlex 12. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
